
OBJECTIVES ABOUT
SCHOOL
St. Thomas School is a Catholic Institution established and
administered by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Calcutta. The institution was
established in the year 1956 under the rights and powers granted to religious
and linguistic minorities by the Constitution of India (Art. 29 and 30). The
Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Calcutta is the Founder Body of the
Institution. Academic year 2014 onwards,
the medium of instruction has been started in English. The school is in the process
of getting affiliated to ICSE, Delhi.
The Medium of instruction of this institute is English. Bengali
/ Hindi is taught as a second language.
